Motor mount and vibration

Recently had all motor mounts replaced. Now when I'm at a stop sign or light the car vibrates which before the mounts it did not do. I have taken it back twice and they have told me that the mounts are fine. Is it a morot mount problem or should I try to change the spark plugs because I bought the 05 Dodge neon brand neon new and they haven't been changed since 2007. Or is it some other problem?

hi, i would definitely change the plugs! especially if you are expecting cold weather. were the old mounts broken? if they used china made mounts, they may be stiffer than original or they just goofed putting something back together? have you tried another shop?
