2005 Dodge Neon Just Today Car Wouldn T Turn Over Will Come On Lights

Just today my car wouldn't turn over. It will come on, the lights and everything work and it clicks just once but wouldn't turn over. I need to get an oil change and the was a Sid red circle lit up for a little bit on the dash. I have had an issue with the camshaft sensor but it has recently been replaced. Any advice??

What clicks once when trying to start it?Also with the key in the on position is the security light on?
