Why does my car shake violently when it reaches 60 and refuses to go past 60mph?

My car does not go past 60 MPH. At 60 mph, it shakes very violently while the needle doesn't go past 60mph no matter how much I accelerate. The car is automatic transmission. I have changed to oils and even tried to clean the fuel injectors without any success. What else can be wrong with my car?
