My car starts to shake and feels like it doesn't receive enough gas when tachometer reaches 2300

Driving down highway or street and once it reaches 2300 rpms car does not want to go or shift into next gear. Does this when parked as well. Think it may be fuel pump or filter.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs with a fuel pressure tester-start here also check the exhaust system for blockage
