2005 dodge magnum lights surging when cold.and warm at high ravage. Have change alternator , battery and light switch. Battery light even came on before. Help me.

check belt and tensioner recommended replacement is 60k for both the belt may be slipping. also might have it scanned to see if tpim module is acting up a pro has to do that.
