2005 Dodge Durango Changed Out Brake Light On Left Side Still Does Work Other

Changed out the brake light on the left side, still does not work, all other lights work fine?
Any suggestions and where are the fueses located that go to the brake lights would a bad fuse cause only one brake light not to work?

Did you check for voltage at the brake lamp? White wire with tan tracer. Click on the link for wiring.
