Brakes lose pressure

I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota. Sometimes the brakes lose pressure and go to the floor. The brakes & calipers were recently replaced. I bled and adjusted the brakes but it didn't help. What else could cause this?

More than likely this is an issue with the master cylinder leaking internally.
