'05 dakota, 4.7magnum brakes go to the floor, no sounds. What should I look for 1st. Approx $$ for mechanical repair? Thx Linda

look to see if there is brake fluid in the master cylinder first. if not, fill it then look for leaking fluid at all 4 wheels. then if you have brakes take it to a pro. You may have a bad master cylinder if the master is full of fluid.
