Do you have a check engine light? Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-also check the idle air control motor

No light, the roughness smoothes out but not all the way. Took it to the dealer and they kept it overnight. Told me it does stumbles once, once started they said wait for a code. I did replace the crankshaft sensor ran great for a week then roughness.
