2005 Dodge Caravan vacuum leak

engine studders when I step on the brakes. Ususally happens at a full stop. Could this be a vacuum leak? Does anyone have a good vacuum diagram?

Sounds like the brake booster could be leaking vacuum and when you step on the brakes makes it leak or leak worse.
