"I replaced my water pump GC SXT 2005, prior to that I had "reset" the IOD fuse by pulling and putting back after 1-minute; now after pump replaced (through wheel well) Van won't start just makes clicking and gauges "max out""

clicking with a no start could be a battery/cable issue, check charge state of the battery.
