Rear wiper does not put enough pressure on windshield, so areas at both ends of blade are not wiped off.

I replace the blade with a new one, but wiper stills working exactly as with the old blade.

Chances are the spring that holds the pressure against the glass is either weak, or the hing itself on the arm is rusted. Check both and let me know what you find.
