OCTOBER 2012 I PAID $430.00 FOR MY MECHANIC TO INSTALL A NEW RADIATOR. HE GAVE ME ONE YEAR WARRANT. APRIL 03, 2013 (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) HE HAD TO INSTALL ANOTHER NEW ONE AS THE FIRST ONE HAD A VERY BAD LEAKING PROBLEM.
I ASKED HIM IF MY ONE YEAR WARRANTY NOW WENT FROM APRIL 03/13 WITH THE 2ND. ONE INSTALLED OR DOES IT GO BACK TO OCTOBER 2012?
THANKS

SORTA THE NORM AROUND HERE IS THE "INITIAL REPAIR" WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE WARRANTY. ZERO, ONE, OR TEN REPLACEMENTS/ OR REPAIRS BETWEEN "THEN" AND "ONE YEAR LATER" IS THE EXTENT. FOR PROBLEMS OR DEFECTS, NOT ABUSE OR ACTS OF GOD

THERE'S A COUPLE OF SHOPS I'VE SEEN THAT ONLY THE "PART" HAS THE WARRANTY. LABOR IS EXTRA

IT'S SORTA ONE OF THOSE DEALS THAT "SHOULD BE" IN WRITING AND ALL "HASHED OUT" IN THE BEGINNING

WHAT A DEAL!
