one side of an inner and outer tie rod?

How much time is allotted for a repair in a repair shop for one side of an inner and outer tie rod? And do you have a how to video on this repair? I have leakage from the cooler hose to the power steering pump. Can you show me how to replace it?

disconnect and replace it-make sure you use the correct fluid and top it off-start bleeding it and keep an eye on the fluid level at all times-fill as you bleed-
