Brakeing noise

I have a 2005 dodge caravan and when I press on the breaks the wheel shakes and then I can hear a clinking noise and I checked the pades they are good the cv boot is good and the doesnt move if I try to shake it by hand. This is the passenger front side thanks for your time

That indicates brake rotor distortion. I would recommend replacing both the brake rotors and the pads to resolve the issue.

Now the rotors look good and when I start slowing down the stearing wheel shakes vigeressly usaly at 30 mph and about so that would be still most likely the problem is the rotors?

Then yes, my answer stands. Replace the pads and rotors and make sure the caliper slides are free in the process.
