2005 Dodge Caravan 05 2 4l About Week Now Drive Been Slipping Out Gears Such

I have a 05 dodge caravan 2.4L and for a about a week now when I drive it has been slipping in and out of gears such as when I go from park to reverse I have to rev it and put it back into park and again into reverse. Is this a whole transmission issue or a easier fix? I also just had the transmission fuild changed a month ago could this be the cause of it as well?

it has an internal failure in the trans. it will most likely have to be re built
