how do you remove the radiator fan relay.

I've located the radiator fan relay in my chrysler 2005 town and country but it looks like a rivet is holding it on, it isn't a screw or nut. How do i remove it.

you could drill the rivethead off.

generally speaking plastic relays are on meal retaining brackets and the relay can be slid/pulled off bracket.

I did pop it off and it was actually a rivet so, now I'll need to get a new rivet head because that one is no good now. Why didn't they just use a screw to attach it.

cost? do it your self resistant? is it possible to use a screw to reattach now?

also rivets dont strip on the assembly line.
