Locks to not work

My 2005 T and C minivan locks quit working on my van. My mechanic re-programmed the computer and they worked fine (prob and from inside) for about 2-3 days but have quit working all together again. Help...

Since it is a proximity issue, have you tried to replace the battery in the Fob. that is the best place to start.
Otherwise, I would get the trouble codes scanned and pulled form the ECU. Any Auto Zone or Advance auto will do this for free.
More than likely, it might have something to do with the security system.
