Steps to replace the radiator and is there anything that will be tricky?

it has a 3.8 liter v6

you might need the special pliers to squeeze the clamps , and just make sure to remove the trans lines an delectrical connections. It may be easier to remove the radiator and fans at same time then reverse to replace.
