i have a 2005 chrysler town and country with a engine code P2308..Ignition coil "C" secondary circuit...What is the repair that is needed and where is it located..I have recently gotten a tuneup(replaced wires, ignition coil, spark plugs) car still doesn't turn over...

If it doesn't turn over it can't start and run. Are we working on a no-crank condition or a running problem? If you're just concerned with the code, diagnostic fault codes never say to replace parts. They only indicate the circuit or system that needs to be diagnosed, or the incorrect condition that has been observed.
