changed battery; now horn, wipers and headlights on constant

Thought I had a dead battery, bought a new one... changed it now it seems like there is an anti-theft deal going on the horn wipers and headlights come on and stay on, key fob doesn't work, will not crank, etc.

try removing a battery cable again and re installing it.

soundslike the bcm is confused.
