Hello,
Just so cover the basics, have you tried to jump start the vehicle?
What you are describing could be due to a bad battery.

If you are able to jump start the vehicle and it runs normal, then the battery is likely bad and will need to be replaced.

If you are unable to start it and it only makes a clicking noise, then the issue could be a bad starter. As the starter solenoid is getting power (that is what the clicking noise indicates) but it is not engaging the starter motor.

If it does not make any noise when try to start it (with a jump), then it could be a faulty ignition switch.
The ignition switch is the electrical component that the lock cylinder attaches to.
That switch can malfunction and trigger a no start. It can also keep the lights from turning on.
I have attached diagrams for your reference.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
