2005 Chrysler Sebring oil light flashing

What cause oil light to flash when engine is idling on a 2005 Chrysler Sebring 4cyl the light don't flashing when driving, the man that own the car had a Timing Belt and oil pump replace at 145,000 miles because he didn't want the belt to break, the oil light start flashing after the the belt and oil pump was replace, the engine don't make a knocking sound, the man want to sell the car for $1500, what could be the cause?

Have your mechanic perform a mechanical oil pressure test to see what you really have. If it's low, suspect the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. If the pressure is good, check for a wire from the oil pressure sending unit that's grounded somewhere.

Where is the oil pressure switch located on the 2005 chrysler sebring four cylinder I believe I can check the oil pressure?

It depends on which engine you have but it's always next to the oil filter or attached to the filter housing.
