grinding noise when the car is at low speed

Just changed the rear brake pads and rotors on my 2005 Chrysler Sebring. I've now noticed a grinding noise when the car is at low speed that disappears once up to speed (30+ mph). What could this be?

re check that all the components have been fitted correctly, check that the backing plate is not touching the rotor, start here.
