I drive a 2005 Chrysler Sebring. How can I fix this problem. Changed the spark plug on cylinder three and the coil pack. The engine light came on when I road over a railroad track.

If there is a miss, remove the plug and check its condition. Also, make sure fuel pressure is within spec, the injector is getting power, there is spark to that plug, and the compression is good in that cylinder
