2005 Chrysler Pt Cruiser Crusier Touring Edition 2 4 Liter Starts Only Starting

I have a 2005 PT Crusier Touring edition 2.4 liter,

It starts only with starting fluid but shuts off after it has used all that I sprayed. So I narrowed the problem to no fuel being sent to the motor. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and a 20amp fuse FP/ASD in the engine compartment. I have also replaced #11 fuse in the fuse panel in the inside drivers side.

Is there any other component I should check before I take the fuel pump out?

check the actual fuel pressure first.

check for power to the pump. do not throw parts at it till you know your failure
