i am still waiting on a responce to my question does the Pcm control the start circut I have tested the starter the starter relay the park nutral switch code po688 asd circut i know shuts the fuel pump and the coils down but why wont this unit crank can jump starter solinoid so i know the starter is ok I have tested every thing that i know and am at wits end any help with this problem would be very much appreciated

Just thought i would reply to my own question and i foundd out why this pt cruser would not crank PCM does control the start circut replaced the pcm and it started have to have the new pcm flashed sercurity protical wont let it run for more than 15 seconds shuts down and will not crank possible the old pcm could be reflashed and it would be ok

The reflash could fix the issue.
