My 2005 Chrysler Pacifica is brakes harder to a stop. I know I need a change but is there anything else?

Yes. If you are having a harder time stopping the vehicle more then likely your brakes are glazed. This will create the rotors and pads to skate on each other and it is harder to stop so they need to be changed.
