Car accelerates when A/C or lights are turned on

When I don't use the A/C or no lights on is perfect. My speedometer shows 20 miles per hours even stopped and the gear shows I'm in second gear being stopped.

This is an interesting one to say the least. LOL Tell me, when the speedometer shows 20 mph when stopped, is that when the lights or A/C is on or off? Also, the idea that it shows second gear, does it shift to first or stay in second?
