high idle and knocking

I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 and had the Erg Valve and spark plugs changed but now the car seems worse as it idles and knoks pretty violently. What could be the cause?

Got a 05 Chrysler 2.7 I think it is some guy put 5w 20 synthetic oil in it idk if that messed it up but it been knockin really loud we changed the oil and some treatments and it still won't stop what can I do ??
