The 'check brake system' warning message displays and when I turn the ignition the truck will not start...dead, no lights, radio, etc. Retry and the truck will start when the message is not displayed. When stopping, the brake pedal will go all the way to the floor and I have to pump the brakes until they operate normally. Had the brake pads changed, bled air out of the system but to no avail. Please help.

You're losing power supply somewhere. That's what is making the light come on too. Check and clean all you cable connections, starting at the battery.
