2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer T Take Out Park Th There S Ticking Noise

I can't take it out of park. What can be th problem? And there's a ticking noise that sounds like its coming from the back by the speakers. That noise started when my battery dead and now its doing it all the time and I all really replacement my battery a few months ago.

Check if the brake lights are working if so have the shift interlock control solenoid checked-
