My speedometer was not working i took out the cluster and when i put it back in none of the gauges work properly. Can they be reset?

You may not have plugged in one of the loom plugs fully, drop it back out and check this first, also check for a dash fuse that may be blown. Have the vehicle speed sensor checked. Also, recheck your work to make sure everything is connected and no grounds were damaged.
