I have a code PO 410

I know the code is secondary air intake valve so I replaced the valve new also the relay took the pump off to check out ran a jumper wire it ran like a top. I can here the pump come on and cut off each cold start up. .

This is from a manufacturer service message (#PIP3530):

If diagnostics do not isolate the cause of a P0410 DTC, there is no sign of dirt or water in the AIR pump or relay, and proper AIR check valve operation is noted, replace the position 1 O2 sensor.
