I have no air flow from the air vents

Is the blower not working or is it just coming out from the wrong place?

the blower does not work get power to the motor. took the motor out and hook it up to a power source and it spins

it does get power to the motor

That's probably a bad blower motor resister. Make sure the resister itself is grounded at the black wire.
