2005 Chevy Suburban horn works intermittenly, only by jiggeling the center of the steering wheel

You could have a loose or bad horn pad or a loose wire somewhere.

Problem will be with the horn contact, as with any steering wheel work on cars fitted with SRS airbags, this should only be touched by a qualified tech as serious injury can result for miss handling these systems.
