2005 Chevrolet Silverado ignition

I am having problems with my ignition its wore out I have to shake and jiggle the key for a little while before it starts. I'm trying to take the easy way out and put in a push button. Its a simple button two prongs load and line. But I'm in the steering column and don't know what wires to use. Can you help.

just replace the switch because of the security system what you want to do will screw it up. any garage can do this.

It has no security system its a standard work truck
