Heater fan motor works but only the first three speeds?

Selector switch works but only turns fan motor on to the first three speeds. could it be the fan motor or the on dash switch?

check the blower relay under hood high speed runs off of that. if it is good then have scanned for codes. switch with a like relay.

This truck does not have a replaceable relay. It is incorporated into the blower motor resister.
