This radio has been replaced five times for the exact same issue. The CD ejection system stops working and will not eject the CD from the radio. I have been told that the ejector melts but that has not been confirmed. How many complaints have you heard about for this issue?

I have heard about similar problems, but not too often. Are you getting new radios or used ones?

That is odd. It sounds like something is causing this problem and not a bad radio. Do you have an alt gauge that shows you the amount of charge from the alternator? If so, it it over charging?
