2005 Chevrolet Optra REgular Gas

I have gas it up with regular gasoline when there is a sign premium gasoline only..Will it cause damage to the engine or will it have a problem?

Probably isn't going to hurt anything, especially if there was still some higher octane gas in the tank. The higher octane does not produce more power. The engineers design some engines to be able to produce more power, but that results in spark knock. Higher octane fuel is simply harder to ignite so it resists that spark knock.
