P0128 and P0218 are two different codes, one is for the coolant temperature whle the other is for the transmission fluid temperature. P0128 should not be related to P1811 but P0218 can trigger P1811.

Kindly reconfirm the codes.

The codes would tell you what is wrong and if information are not sufficient, we would not be able to provide any suggestions.

I am asking for more information but you are not gpoing to provide them so how would you expect us to help?

P1811 is a transmission trouble code and I need to confirm if it is the transmission fluid temperature that is causing the problem. Speedometer noty functioning can be due to the transmission or vehicle speed sensor problem and it can cause harsh shifting as well.
