no power to heater windows or cruise contrl

i have checked all the fuses and had a computer on it obd2 it said heater malfunction b2 s2 i think but i dont know how that would effect my windows and cruise

Fore the windows have you checked the fuse in the bcm neer the blower motor 30 a its fore the windows.is there power on it. See if there is power on the pk\bl wire @ the o2 sensor heater
