front end shakes when i apply brakes replaced rotors brakes and tie rod ends still shake

Make sure the new rotors are not warped from the factory. I have had to machine them to true them. Make sure you don't have a bent rim.

u dont think it can have anything to do with upper/lower ball joints r cv joints or wheel bearings

Usually, ball joints will make noise when bad as well as CV joints will click on a turn, and bearings will make a howling sound. Do you have any of them?
