What is the procedure, to replacing the torque lock up switch in a 2005, Impala, with a 3.8 engine?

The side cover has to come off to access the solenoid. It is very labor intensive and not recommended trying it at home.
It pays around 4.5 hours in a shop with a lift and dropping the cradle on the drivers side.
