where is the shift selonoid located is under oil pan to the rear of the tranmission 2005 chevy impala haveing problems shifting from one gear to another hard shift can i replace it my self send picture if you can

Do you mean under the side cover not under the transmission pan?You looking for the line pressure solenoid not the shift solenoid?Any codes?
