even when the car is turned off, the fan is blowing. it will not turn off. my husband removed the fuse to get it turned off. so now I have no air conditioning blowing...do we need a new relay for it? I called a few garages and they said they can't find a part named that, they want to inspect it, funny I found a part on line for $15, but before I order it, I want to be sure that will fix it

if you think it's a relay you can use another like relay in your fuse box and see if that does it if it does then you know otherwise it may be a control head bad or possibly the wiring harness melted going to resistor and causing blower not to shut off or work properly.
