Turn signal/light switch seems loose.

Lights stays on causing battery to go dead. Lights goes on and off while driving during the day due to vibration and road bumps. Is the switch loose and just needs to be tighten somehow or does it need to be replace and if replacement is needed the procedure to replace switch.

Multifunction Turn Signal Switch Housing Replacement
Removal Procedure

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 in SIR.
Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement.
Remove the SIR coil. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Replacement in SIR.
Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.
Depress the lock tabs on the left and right multifunction levers. Remove the multifunction levers.

Disconnect the housing electrical connectors.

Remove the lock housing bolts.
Separate the ignition housing from the multifunction lever bracket. Slide the bracket from the column.
