2005 Chevrolet Equinox Reason Car Come Slow Down Complete Stop Release

what is the reason for my car to come to slow down and come to a complete stop when i release the accelerator and i never put on brakes at all. why is this happening

The brakes are dragging. Look for a wheel that is unusually hot after driving for a while. If a rear one is hot, check for a parking brake cable stuck in the partially-applied position. For a front one, suspect a sticking caliper, or a constricted rubber flex hose.
