Loud Thudding Noises around 20mph

As car hits around 18-19mph start hearing and feeling thudding noise that gets louder as I accelerate, then stops after speed hits a little over 20mph. The noise appears to be coming from underneath the car directly below center console. Each thud makes both front seats vibrate badly. Could it have something to do with the black case under car?

maybe an axle problem or motor/trans mount loose /broke?
