Hi, I have Chevrolet Epica 2005. Problem is of overheating especially when speed slows down or standing at signal. What replacements should I make to avoid overheating,

radiator is new,, fans are working fine,, water pump i don't know ,, but thinking its working fine ,, let me know what should i do ? some times its not heating but some times its heating when i drive in the city and with AC running on and over speeding :) ?
